How it works

Add a client, write a draft, send it. Then mark it paid. The issued copy stays as they received it.

01 Add your clients

Name, email, phone, and notes. Open their invoices from the list later.

02 Write the invoice

Line items, tax, due date, and currency. Save a draft until you're ready to send.

03 Send it, then mark paid

Email a link or attach a PDF. When they pay, mark it paid. You can still cancel a draft.

Names, emails, notes, and how many invoices each person has. Open that list in one click.
Change line items, dates, tax, and currency until you send or mark it paid. After that, the issued copy is frozen.
A message with a link to view the invoice, or the PDF attached. They don't need an Invy account.

Draft invoices

Edit until you send or mark paid. Issued invoices keep the client and your name as they were.

Currencies

USD, IDR, EUR, and more. Set a default in settings, then pick one per invoice.

Email invoices

Send a link in the email, or attach a PDF. The client opens it without signing up.

Paid and unpaid

Dashboard totals by currency. Filter invoices by draft, sent, paid, or cancelled.

Download PDF

Save the invoice on your computer, or print it from your phone.
